Refund policy

We want you to love what you find at The Gallery On Main.

If you receive something and decide it isn't for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you to arrange a return. We don't want you keeping something you don't love simply because returning it is a hassle. Please contact us before sending a return.

We'll provide return instructions and, when appropriate, a return shipping label. Once the item makes it back to us safely, we'll refund your purchase to your original payment method.

Since we sell vintage, collectible, pre-owned and one-of-a-kind pieces, items may show signs of age or previous use. We do our best to photograph and describe each piece accurately so you know what you're getting.
